Write when a tool fails on a file that should work, when a page looks broken, or when you have a privacy question. Ideas for a new utility are welcome if you can describe the job in a few sentences.
We do not offer phone support and we cannot recover a file that only existed in a closed browser tab. Keep a copy on your device before you close the page.

Helpful details to include
- The full page URL, including /id/ if you were on the Indonesian version
- The browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone
- What you expected to happen, and what you saw instead
- Whether the file is a PDF, a photo, or a QR image, without sending private contents unless you must
